Terry Pratchett, novelist, satirist, and fantasist, died at home this week, eight years after being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Here’s The Guardian’s tribute.
Pratchett, who wrote more than 70 books, was one of the most quotable of authors. The Guardian also printed a selection of them:
