Paper Moon — Lunch on 5 January 2015

Yesterday, temperatures in Washington reached the mid-60s.  Today, they’re 30 degrees colder.

Went over to Paper Moon in Georgetown for what was really my first restaurant lunch of 2015.

A perfect starter—Toasted garlic bread with Gorgonzola and cream sauce.

Veal scaloppini with white wine, capers, lemon and butter sauce,  and sides of spaghetti and broccoli.

Paper Moon is one of those reliable restaurants.  No experimentation here—It sticks to the classics, and does them well.  Not the most adventurous dining, but a good way to start the year.
